Sense Bank is one of the largest Ukrainian banks. Prior to its nationalization in July 2023, it was owned by ABH Financial Limited and ABH Ukraine Limited. Previously called Alfa-Bank (legally it was not connected with the Russian Alfa-Bank, but it had the same shareholders; on December 1, 2022, the name of the bank was changed to Sense Bank.
